Over the last ten years we have seen major changes in the techniques used to develop websites and the functionality that they need to provide.  In particular the adoption of open source software and the enthusiastic community behind them has helped to accelerate the technology we have come to take for granted.

Joomla!The preferred content management system (CMS) of Scarab Design is Joomla!Joomla! is a widely supported free and open source CMS backed by a large community of developers.  Joomla! provides the flexibility and ease of use required by our customers to provide them with websites that meet their needs.

During the last five years Joomla! has developed to become a robust framework that can be adapted to meet almost any requirement.  Many high profile Businesses and Government organisations have begun to adopt the use of Joomla! for their own websites, several examples are given below.
